What a journey it has been.
When I became an exams officer it was two weeks before the summer exam entries were due. Coming from a career in the NHS I was used to deadlines & pressure. This though was something new! It was a baptism of fire and a steep learning curve, but I loved the exams officer role.
Seven years ago, I had the idea of an online induction programme for new exam officers. At the time it was launched it was the only online induction programme for exam staff out there.
After entering the training and development world I am dedicated to giving back to the education system, supporting others, and delivering training that facilitates long lasting change.
The programme has continued to go from strength to strength, receiving amazing feedback from customers. Recently we were able to share and celebrate that we had achieved CPD status by the CPD Certification Service.
