Back in 2017, our founder and director Paula Wood launched the very first online induction programme for exam staff – a completely new approach at the time. It was created to give centres a consistent, accessible and high-quality way to train their exam staff, long before online CPD became the norm.
Since then, many others have entered the space but we are proud to have been early pioneers, shaping what effective online training within the education sector looks like today.
